     Dr. Freeland-Graves teaches Introductory Nutrition (NTR 311) a large undergraduate course taken by non-science majors (communications, education, business administration, engineering, liberal arts, fine arts) as well as science majors (nutrition, nursing, pharmacy, natural sciences); Recent Advances in Nutrition I and II (NTR 390.1 and NTR 390.7), graduate courses for the first year graduate student; and several undergraduate and graduate research courses in the Division of Nutritional Sciences.
