Dr. Sanders' research interests are in the interdisciplinary areas of cancer biology and biological response modification. Studies are currently focused on investigating the role of vitamin E compounds as biological response modifiers of cancer cell growth, survival and metastasis. Cellular and molecular processes involved in the action of vitamin E compounds as tumor cell growth regulators and pro-death signals are under study.
